Frontier models, debating side by side

Demo

A Real Session, Fast-Forwarded

Onboarding the composer, uploading a document, asking a question, and watching five frontier models draft, debate, improve, and synthesize. Roughly 90 seconds, end-to-end. Loops automatically.

Problem

The Risk of a Single Perspective

Modern AI systems are powerful and confident.

But confidence is not verification.

A single model can overlook assumptions, miss edge cases, and present incomplete reasoning with high certainty.

When financial, legal, academic, or strategic decisions are at stake, one perspective is rarely sufficient.

Important decisions deserve structured challenge.

A single wise figure at a desk, surrounded by drafts and corrections — a metaphor for one model working alone.
Five wise figures around a table, deliberating — a metaphor for collective AI intelligence.
Solution

Collective AI Intelligence, By Design

FiveSages introduces structured multi-model deliberation into AI reasoning.

Independent models review, challenge, and refine each other’s conclusions before a final answer is delivered.

The result is not a louder answer. It is a tested one.

FiveSages acts as a decision-protection layer between you and unchallenged AI output.

How It Works

Structured Multi-Model Deliberation

A four-step protocol the panel follows on every session — not a single API call dressed up.

Step 01

Independent Drafts

You select up to five frontier AI models. Each produces a full, independent response to your prompt and attached materials, with no awareness of the others.

Step 02

Debate & Refinement

Models examine each other's drafts, identify weaknesses, and challenge assumptions. They respond to criticism, strengthen arguments, and revise conclusions.

Step 03

Improved Responses

After one or more rounds of deliberation, each model produces a new final response that incorporates the perspectives gained during the debate.

Step 04

Synthesis (Optional)

You may select one model to generate a single structured synthesis that reflects the outcome of the deliberation across the panel.

Every objection, every revision, every cited passage — preserved with the session. You read how the answer was reached.

Evidence

Even AI Models Improve Under Challenge

After every debate round, participating models publish structured self-assessments. Read them. Aggregate them. Decide for yourself.

Live aggregate
+%

Average self-reported improvement that participating models attribute to the structured debate round, across published assessments.

Average of all model statements

Improvement percentages are extracted, unmodified, from structured self-assessments generated by the participating AI models. Numbers vary by domain, complexity, and rounds requested.

Who Uses It

Deliberation Across Critical Domains

Each persona ships with domain-tuned prompts and panel rules. Pick a vertical to see how the protocol bends to your work.

Legal

For lawyers and in-house counsel reviewing risk before filing.

Example panel prompt

“Stress-test this NDA against the 2024 EU Trade Secrets directive — flag any clause likely to be unenforceable in France.”

Health

For clinicians and patients comparing treatment reasoning.

Example panel prompt

“Compare adjuvant therapy options for stage II colon cancer in a patient with deficient mismatch repair — list disagreements.”

Finance & Tax

For analysts and CFOs validating high-stakes capital decisions.

Example panel prompt

“Should we hedge €20M USD exposure with a forward, options collar, or natural hedge given current rate volatility?”

Business & Strategy

For founders and operators pressure-testing major moves.

Example panel prompt

“Is the 1.5× participating-preferred term in this Series A acceptable given our 18-month runway and revenue trajectory?”

Research & Education

For researchers and graduate students hardening hypotheses.

Example panel prompt

“Critique the methodology of this RCT on intermittent fasting — would the conclusions hold under a Bayesian re-analysis?”

Personal Decisions

For high-stakes individual choices that affect years of life.

Example panel prompt

“Help me weigh accepting a Berlin job offer vs. staying in Lisbon — model tax, relocation, and career trajectory across 5 years.”

Pricing

Pay Only for the Deliberation You Actually Run

No monthly seat. Use a single model on a quiet day; convene the full panel when a decision warrants it.

Quick check

One model · one round

≈ €0.10 – €0.25

per session · estimated

A standard model drafts and reviews its own answer once. Useful for routine questions where you just want a sanity check.

Most popular
Cross-check

Three models · one debate round

≈ €0.30 – €0.80

per session · estimated

A panel of three frontier models drafts independently, then challenges each other once. Surfaces disagreements before you act.

Full panel

Five models · debate + synthesis

≈ €0.80 – €1.80

per session · estimated

Five models, full cross-challenge, optional synthesis. The protocol you reach for on contracts, treatments, and capital decisions.

  • No subscription · billed per session
  • Transparent ledger · every charge itemised
  • Transparent international billing · VAT-compliant invoices

Estimates assume a typical-length session (≈ 1–2k input tokens, ≈ 800–2k output tokens per model, per round). Actual cost is computed from real token usage at provider rates plus a small platform multiplier; every line item is visible in your credits ledger before you pay.

Security & Compliance

Built for Decisions You Can Stand Behind

Where your data lives, who can see it, and how to take it back — all answered before you click sign up.

Hosted in the UK and EU

Your data is processed and stored in secure data centres in the UK and the EU. We tell you exactly where, and we don't move it without your consent.

Transparent provider choice

Every model shows its hosting region. If you ever choose to use a model hosted outside the UK or EU, you give explicit consent first — and can revoke it at any time.

Encrypted end to end

All your content is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We never train any model on your data, and you can delete it whenever you want.

DPA & sub-processor list

Standard Contractual Clauses available on request. We publish our sub-processor list and retention policy openly — what we keep, why, and for how long.

FAQ

Questions We Hear in Every Onboarding Call

Short answers, with links to the full policies and pricing where you should verify them.

How is FiveSages different from just paying for ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are excellent single-model assistants. FiveSages is a protocol on top of multiple frontier models that draft independently and then formally challenge one another. You see the disagreement and the revisions, not just one model’s final word. See the comparison table above for the full breakdown.
Do I have to commit to a monthly plan?
No. FiveSages is pay-as-you-go. You top up credits and they only deplete when you actually run a session. There is no recurring subscription, no minimum monthly spend, and unused credits stay in your wallet.
How much does a typical debate cost?
A three-model panel with one round of debate typically lands between €0.40 and €1.20. A full five-model panel with synthesis is usually €1.20–€3.50. Cost is computed from real token usage at provider rates plus a small platform multiplier; every line item appears in your credits ledger.
Where is my data stored, and who has access?
Application services run in the EU (Railway eu-north-1) and your document storage lives in AWS eu-west-2. Access is role-based and privileged actions are audit-logged. We never train any model on your content. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
What happens if I select a model hosted outside the EU?
The provider tile shows the hosting region and, for non-EU providers like DeepSeek, you must give explicit informed consent the first time you select that model. You can revoke consent at any time from Settings → Privacy.
Can I use FiveSages for legal, medical, or financial decisions?
FiveSages improves the quality of AI reasoning for these domains, but it does not replace a qualified professional. Use it to stress-test your thinking before you talk to your lawyer, clinician, or accountant — not instead of them.
Which models are available today?
OpenAI (GPT-4.1 / GPT-5.x), Anthropic (Claude 3.5/4.x), Google Gemini, xAI (Grok), and DeepSeek. The exact model lineup, including which models are currently “Live”, is shown in the Powered-By strip near the top of this page and refreshed in real time.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Not today. We manage provider relationships, rate limits, and failover so that the panel always meets the protocol’s availability bar. Bring-your-own-key is on the roadmap for enterprise customers; reach out via the Contact link if this matters to you.
Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement and sub-processor list?
Yes. We publish our sub-processor list and retention policy and offer a DPA on request — including Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant. Use the “Request DPA” link in the Security section above to receive both.
Can I export the full debate transcript?
Yes. Every session preserves each model’s draft, every objection, every revision, and the synthesis. You can read it inside the app and export the transcript as a structured evidence pack suitable for sharing with a colleague or regulator.
